Who this agreement is between
This Agreement is between you and Webliska.AI, the legal entity that operates Kaalveda. By creating an account, subscribing, or using any Kaalveda calculator, you accept these terms.
Section 02
The service
Kaalveda is a multi-discipline divination platform — Vedic, Western, Chinese BaZi, Tarot, and Numerology calculators on a single computation engine. The output is a free preview on screen and (on Paid/Practitioner) a typeset PDF report. We are a computation platform, not a consultation marketplace.
Section 03
Astrology disclaimer — readings are interpretive
The mathematical computation (planetary positions, Lagna degrees, Numerology reductions) is deterministic and verifiable. The interpretive content (yoga readings, Bhava analyses, Tarot symbolism) is, by tradition, interpretive. Different astrologers reading the same chart will emphasise different elements. We do not represent the readings as predictive of future events with certainty.

Not a substitute for professional advice
Kaalveda readings are for personal reflection and traditional cultural practice. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for those domains.
Section 05
Account eligibility and registration
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate registration information; we may suspend accounts created with falsified information.
Section 06
The Free tier
The Free tier is permanent. It includes one chart on your own DOB across the flagship calculators, daily Panchang and Choghadiya, and a single-card Tarot draw per day. No card on file. We may modify Free-tier features with 30 days' notice.
Section 07
Paid and Practitioner subscriptions
Current prices for every plan are listed at /pricing, which is the single source of truth — quoting them here would only let the two drift apart. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel from account settings at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the next renewal.

Acceptable use
You will not use Kaalveda to harass, defame, or harm any person. You will not reverse-engineer the engine or attempt to scrape charts at scale outside the API. You will not represent Kaalveda computations as your own work without disclosure (the Practitioner plan grants white-label use under specific conditions — see §10).
Section 09
Intellectual property
The Kaalveda engine, content blocks, design system, and brand are owned by Webliska.AI. Chart data you input (DOB, time, place, name) is yours. Reports you generate are yours to download, share via share-links, and print for personal use. The PDF carries a small "Computed on the Kaalveda engine" credit on the inside back cover.
Section 10
White-label PDFs — Practitioner plan only
The Practitioner plan grants the right to remove "Powered by Kaalveda" branding from PDF covers, headers, and footers, and to brand share-link domains. A single back-cover line acknowledging the engine remains. White-label rights apply only while the Practitioner subscription is active; PDFs generated during an active subscription remain white-labelled forever.
Section 11
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of severe abuse. On termination, paid balances are refunded for any unused prepaid annual term outside the 14-day window only at our discretion.
Section 12
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. The mathematical computation is verified against published almanacs but no software is bug-free; the math correction inbox at [email protected] exists to resolve discrepancies.
Section 13
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webliska.AI's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Kaalveda is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or where prohibited by law.
Section 14
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Webliska.AI harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Section 15
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the consumer-protection statutes of your country of residence which may grant additional rights.
Section 16
Disputes
Most disputes resolve via [email protected]. If escalation is needed, ask for a supervisor in your reply. We have never let a refund dispute go to court and do not intend to start.
Section 17
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes (refund window, pricing, IP terms) require 30 days' advance notice via email to active accounts. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
