Reselling Kaalveda inside your platform?
The Practitioner API ships rate-limited per account. Teams running their own white-label astrology site, marriage portal, or app integration should talk to us first.
Talk to us →Volume tiers, hosted ephemeris, and dedicated namespaces are available for teams that need them. Contracts are paper, not click-through — we will not let you click-through an enterprise relationship and then argue about it later.
If your product serves your own paying user base on the back of the Kaalveda engine, the enterprise contract is the right path. If you are an independent practitioner with a book of clients, the Practitioner plan is the right path.
14-day refund on your first paid term.
If the math does not match what your trusted source says, write to us within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund — no escalation, no retention call. Practitioners get the same window on their first month or first annual term.

Short answers about the money side.
Is there a free trial of the Paid plan?

The Free tier itself is permanent. One chart on your own DOB across the four flagship calculators, plus daily Panchang, Choghadiya, and a Tarot draw. That covers exploration; the Paid plan does not need its own trial.
Do you charge per PDF?

No. Every PDF for every calculator is included in the Paid plan. There are no separate PDF purchases anywhere on the site.
What happens to my charts if I cancel?

Your charts stay computed and visible. The PDFs you have already downloaded are yours forever. You lose the ability to download new PDFs and your share-links until you re-subscribe.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, at any renewal. Annual saves the equivalent of two months.
Can I upgrade Free → Paid → Practitioner mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer student or family pricing?

Not currently. The Paid plan is already priced for the household-decision use case.
What about taxes?

USD prices are exclusive of VAT and GST. Indian customers see GST itemised at checkout. EU and UK customers see local VAT.
Which payment methods do you support?
